Freedom Project’s Reentry Digital Literacy Program bridges this gap by helping system-impacted individuals develop the skills, confidence, and tools needed to navigate a digital society.

Our trauma-informed, hands-on approach makes digital learning accessible, empowering participants to reconnect, rebuild, and thrive.

What we offer

Device Access & Coaching

From using smartphones and setting up email to understanding online forms and digital banking, we start with the basics and build at your pace.

Job-Ready Skills

Participants learn how to search for jobs online, fill out digital applications, create resumes, and use tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and more.

Beginner-Friendly Tech Workshops

One-on-One Digital Support

We offer personalized support to help participants gain confidence using devices, practicing safe browsing, and protecting their digital identity.

Real-World Practice

We work to connect participants with laptops, hotspots, and other tools when available — and we provide ongoing mentorship from facilitators with lived experience.
