Mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication

with Tuere Sala

3/1/2014 (Saturday) 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM at Keystone Church

Right Speech is an important part of any mindfulness practice. It affects our relationship with ourselves and others. NVC is a tool to help increase awareness around your speech and provides a supportive way to translate speech into the language of the heart.

This class is for NVC practitioners and those interested in learning NVC. It will cover the basic principles of Marshall Rosenberg’s NVC and look at where it intersects with the Dharma. The class will include exercises, small group discussions and short Dharma talks.
